EVENTS AT FEATHERSTONE FARM

Each year, we host two public parties and two for our CSA shareholders and their families. If you're a shareholder, we welcome you to join us at the public parties and our CSA events.  If you're not a shareholder, but thinking about becoming one, or just want to enjoy the area, please join us for one of the public events.

Public Events:

Open House - TBA - An opportunity to meet with Jack and the farm staff before the season gets started.  Take a tour of the farm in the spring and purchase some early plants started in our greenhouses for a day of family fun at the farm!

Harvest Festival - August 25, 2012 -  3:30pm - 10:00pm  We'll have farm tours, a cooking demo, and live music.  If you'll be staying in the area over Friday or Saturday night, check out our list of Lodging and Entertainment in the area.

CSA Member-Only Events:

Strawberry Social - June 23, 2012 - Present CSA members are invited to join us for a day of picking berries and enjoying Strawberry Shortcake in the fields.  Cooking demos by Peggy Hanson, you-pick strawberries to your heart's content (or 'til your belly and boxes are full), and farm tours are the highlight of this day at the farm.

Harvest Festival Early Activities - August 25, 2012 - 1:30 - 3:30 pm - If you're a 2012 CSA Shareholder, please join us for a pot luck before the full festivities get started.  Bring a dish to share and your own plates, cups, and silverware to make sure save on paper and plastic.


Business Partner-Only Events:

Pre-MOSES Organic Conference Open House - February 22 & 23, 2012 - If you're one of our business partners, you're invited to stop by the farm for tours, coffee, snacks, and good conversation before attending the conference.
